We carry a full range of units, built for the way people actually use them in Rochester. Click any service below for full details and pricing.

Hand Washing Station Rentals
A hand washing station can be rented on its own or paired with any toilet unit. Each one has a foot pump, soap, and paper towels, and works well for food vendors, farmers markets, and job sites that need extra sanitation.

Our restroom trailers come with running water, mirrors, real sinks, and climate control for both summer and winter events. They’re a good option when a standard unit won’t fit the occasion.
Construction Site Portable Toilet Rentals
Our portable toilet rental in Rochester is built for job sites that need daily use without extra hassle. We offer weekly and monthly contracts, scheduled servicing, and delivery timed around your crew’s start date.
ADA Compliant Portable Restrooms Rochester, NY
Accessibility codes typically require that at least 5% of portable toilets grouped together for public use, and no fewer than one, be ADA accessible. Our ADA compliant units include grab bars, a wider door, and enough interior space for a wheelchair to turn around.
Regular Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Units are serviced once a week as standard, or every 2 to 3 days for busy job sites and multi-day events. At every visit, we pump the holding tank, restock supplies, and check that the unit is clean and odor-free.

COMMON USES
Common Uses for Porta Potty Rentals in Rochester, NY
From job sites to weddings, here is who relies on us most in Rochester.
Construction Crews
Construction crews rely on portable restrooms to stay compliant with federal jobsite rules. OSHA (29 CFR 1926.51) requires 1 toilet for up to 20 workers, 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers for 20 or more, and 1 per 50 workers for 200 or more. Our weekly and monthly servicing plans help crews meet that requirement.
Outdoor Weddings & Parties
Outdoor weddings and parties often have fewer bathrooms than guests need. A rented unit means shorter lines and less strain on a host’s home plumbing.
Home Renovations
Homeowners renovating a kitchen or bathroom often rent a single unit for a week or two while their own bathroom is out of service.
Sports Leagues & Tournaments
Sports leagues and tournaments at Rochester parks use multiple units, especially at fields without restroom buildings.
Community Gardens & Neighborhood Events
Community gardens and neighborhood events often need a temporary restroom without the cost of running plumbing.

★★★★★
“Very easy company to work with. We rented a portable toilet for a residential project in North Winton Village and they handled the delivery and pickup without any issues. Good communication and reliable service.”
Does a porta potty come with toilet paper?
Yes. Every unit includes toilet paper, and most include hand sanitizer. We restock supplies at every service visit.
How do portable toilets keep the smell away?
A chemical deodorizer in the holding tank breaks down waste and controls odor. Regular servicing keeps units smelling clean for the length of your rental.
Is a porta john the same as a porta potty?
Yes. Porta john is just another name for a porta potty or portable toilet, so if you’re looking for a porta john rental in Rochester, NY, you’re in the right place. We use the terms the same way.
Do I need a permit for a porta potty in Rochester?
Usually only when the unit sits on a street, sidewalk, or public park. On private property, like a backyard or job site, a permit typically isn’t required, but check with the City of Rochester if you’re unsure.
Can you rent a porta potty in winter in Rochester?
Yes. In winter, we add antifreeze to the holding tank, place units away from snowplow paths, and service them more often during lake-effect snow, so your unit stays usable all season.
How much is a portable toilet per day?
Portable toilet rentals in Rochester, NY for a standard unit run around $90 to $160 per day. Day rates cost more per day than a weekly rental because delivery and pickup costs are spread across fewer days.
How long can you rent a porta potty for?
As short as a single weekend or as long as several months. Short-term and long-term rentals are set up the same way, with a service schedule that matches how long you need the unit.
