These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Rochester Portable Sanitation website and to quotes and rentals arranged with us. By using our website or requesting a rental, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on our website are typical ranges and are not a final offer. Your final price depends on the unit type, rental length, delivery location, and service needs, and is confirmed in your quote or rental agreement.

Rental Agreement

Rental length, unit type, and other specific terms are set out in your quote or rental agreement. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, unless we arrange something different in writing. Final costs can change if site conditions, access, or your requested services differ from what you told us when you booked.

Cancellations and Changes

Please call us as early as you can if your plans change. Cancelling at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery should not carry a penalty. Same-day cancellations may include a service charge.

Delivery, Placement, and Access

You are responsible for choosing a safe, level location and giving our crew clear access for delivery, service, and pickup. If a site is not reachable or safe, we may need to reschedule or adjust the placement. Public events on city property may require permits, and obtaining them is the customer’s responsibility.

Customer Responsibilities

• Use rented equipment only for its intended purpose
• Do not move, tip, damage, or alter the units
• Do not place trash, construction debris, or non-waste items in the units
• Tell us promptly if a unit is damaged, missing, or needs service
• Keep the equipment available for pickup on the agreed date

Damage, Loss, and Liability

You may be responsible for loss of or damage to rented equipment while it is in your care, beyond normal use. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
