ADA Compliant Porta Potty Rental in Rochester, NY

What You Get

Our ADA compliant unit is designed for accessible use. Here is what is inside and what to expect at the door.

• 30 inch wide door
• 78 inch tall door
• Sink
• Toilet tissue
• Heating and cooling

ADA space requirements depend on the specific element or area being measured. If your event organizer or venue needs exact measurements, call us and we will go over them with you.

Inside you will find a sink and toilet tissue, plus heating and cooling to keep the space comfortable in different weather. If an event organizer or venue manager asks for the door size, it is 30 inches wide and 78 inches tall.

When You Need an Accessible Unit

Public events, festivals, and many job sites need restrooms that people with disabilities can use. What applies to you depends on the event, the venue, and local rules.

Ask your event organizer, venue manager, or local authority what is required. If you are not sure, call us and we will help you plan.

Common uses include weddings and family events with guests who have limited mobility, outdoor festivals, community gatherings, and work sites. Planning accessible restrooms early means every guest and worker has a unit they can use.

How Many ADA Units to Order

The number depends on your guest count and what your organizer or venue requires. Tell us your event size and dates, and we will suggest a mix of ADA and standard units. You can read about the other unit in our standard porta potty rental page.

Most orders pair ADA units with standard units rather than renting only one kind. That keeps the accessible unit free for the people who need it. When you can, add a hand washing station nearby, which you can read about on our hand washing station rental page.

Where to Place an Accessible Unit

Pick a level, firm spot with a clear path from the main areas of your event or job site. Avoid soft ground, steps, and tight gaps between fences or equipment. Placing it near the other restrooms keeps it easy to find.

Accessible units work best on firm, level ground with a short, clear path from where guests gather. Avoid soft grass, gravel, or steps along the path, and tell us if the ground is uneven so we can suggest a better spot.

ADA Porta Potty Price

ADA compliant units cost more than standard units. Rates by rental length are below.

Good to know: ADA unit rates are typical for Rochester and the surrounding neighborhoods. Basic weekly servicing, delivery, and pickup are usually included. Extra service visits, weekend or holiday events, and tight access may change the quote, and ordering several units together can lead to a discount.

You can compare it with other units in our pricing section. Call us for a free quote based on your dates and address.

The final price depends on how many units you need, how long you rent them, and how far we deliver. Tell us your dates and address and we will give you an exact number.
